Vinification
Manual harvest with the choice of grapes made in the vineyard itself. Light pressing without destemming followed by low temperature precipitation. After decanting, the wine ferments in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature. After a brief aging in stainless steel vats, the wine is bottled using minimal doses of sulfur dioxide at the beginning of the year following the harvest, with the aim of being young and fresh.

Tasting notes
Visual appearance, bright citrine color, pale intensity, with almost non-existent tears. The aroma is of discreet intensity of citrus and with a tropical touch of pineapple. The taste is dry, with lively acidity, light alcohol content and lean body. Aroma in the mouth is similar to the nose, of fine quality. As far as persistence is concerned, it is short and pleasant. Correct balance.
